Our attorney, Adam Mathews, presented at the Warren County Career Center on behalf of the Warren County Small Business Development Center. In his talk on “Steps to Starting Your Own Business,” he taught a crowd of entrepreneurs and small business owners the different types of business entities Ohio provides, as well as answering questions on the risks and advantages of each one.
The Ohio Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) provide a high-impact, front-line program designed to facilitate small business growth, job creation, and access to capital. The SBDC works with entrepreneurs in all industries, at all stages of business growth. Through access to a wide range of services and resources, the SBDC meets the needs of the experienced and the prospective small business owner at his/her level of sophistication helping transition to the next level of business insight and understanding growth.
